We offer lots of great classes!
Our classroom
is small, so our class size is limited. Classes do fill quickly, so in order
to avoid disappointment, be sure to call or come in ASAP to reserve your
place. Class enrollment is on a first come, first serve basis. All classes
must be prepaid. We do have a couple of “in house” sewing machines
available for student use, but machines must be reserved at time of
registration. Cost
of class does not include books or materials. A supply list will be issued
at time of registration.

Beginning Tuesday, May 6th 6:00-9:00 P.M. $150.00
Learn to Quilt 8 week series -- Sharon Haertling
Come join Sharon for eight weeks and complete a small quilt. Class includes individualized
instruction on color and fabric choice, rotary cutting, accurate machine piecing, machine quilting
techniques and binding. Students will make a block in class and then make an identical block as
homework. Book required.

Free Style Machine Quilting Design -- Heather Thomas
For those with some free motion experience who are struggling with the design aspect of the
process. Learn how to visualize and make the most of the positive and negative space on your
quilt tops as you bring them to life. Bring several quilt tops for discussion. No machine required.

Exploring Surface Embellishment -- Heather Thomas
Explore the use of painting with rubber stamps, Angelina fibers, foiling, cut work, couching, etc.
as well as machine quilting.

Tuesday, May 20th 6:00-9:00 P.M. $35.00
Doodle & Dance Beginning Machine Quilting-- Heather Thomas
This class is for quilters with no previous quilting experience or those who are struggling with
poor results. Students will learn how to properly baste their quilts and find out about choices in
marking and no marking techniques. They will learn how to get the most out of their walking foot
and get a good start on exploration with free motion techniques. Must have a sewing machine
able to drop or cover the feed dogs and a walking foot and a free motion foot.
Monday, June 2nd 6:00-8:30 P.M. $35.00
Shadow Boxing -- Eileen King
These are not your ordinary tumbling blocks! In this class you will learn to use color values to create the
illusion of three-dimensional boxes floating out into space. You will also learn an easy strip-piecing
method to construct the quilt. Stop by the shop to see the class sample. Ruler and book required.

Come join Eileen in making this hot new fashion item and get a jump-start on Summer! Ours is made with
Kaffe Fassett fabrics. Stop by the shop to see the class sample.

accurately, sew an accurate ¼ inch seam allowance,
understand & follow pattern instructions, be
familiar with quilting terminology and techniques
including machine piecing, quilting and binding.
Birthday Discount. We are offering a birthday discount
on the day of your birthday equal to ½ your age on all
regular priced merchandise. You must come in on the
day of your birthday to be eligible for the discount.

Class Cancellation Policy: Quilt ‘til U Wilt and Class fees are payable in advance and are
nonrefundable. If the class is canceled by Golden Quilt Company, you
may either reschedule for the same or another available class at another
time, or request a refund. Class
fees do not include supplies.
You will receive a supply list at the time of registration.
You will receive a 20% discount on all
supplies listed.
