  • *Price of Quilt 'til You Wilt covers overhead expenses, soft drinks & standard pizza. All attendees will be charged. Those with dietary restrictions please bring your own meal.

  • If you cancel 7 days or more prior to the class, you will receive a refund ONLY if we can fill your space from a waiting list. If there is no waiting list for that class session, no refund will be given. Cancellations less than 7 days notice: NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • Please note: Due to the volume of attendees, we will not issue any refunds for our "Special Events" including the Kaffe Fassett lecture and workshop.

  • Class fees do not include required books/patterns or supplies.

  • Any supply purchases at GQC will be discounted 20%.

  • Some of our classes have a kit fee required. This is done as a courtesy to the student because the supplies are either/or both too hard to find or too expensive, or you will only use a small amount. It is the intention of the instructors to recoup costs, not make a profit.

  • Please pay all kit fees directly to the instructor on the first day of class. Teachers will take checks, but prefer cash.

  • If your class does not have a kit then make sure to ask for a supply list. These will be available in the shop or sent electronically so be sure to provide your email address when signing up.

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class so that you can unload tools and supplies and set up your work space thus allowing the class to begin on time.

  • Please plan accordingly. There are no "make-ups" for missed classes. If you must miss a scheduled session of your class, you may enroll in the next available session only if there is room available. No refunds will be given.

  • Students enrolled in classes cancelled by the store/instructor due to lack of enrollment, instructor illness or inclement weather will receive a full refund or class credit as desired.
